We're looking for a Brand Content Manager to join the newly established European Content Factory for one of the world's leading beauty companies. This hub services multiple European markets and four major brands, delivering consistent and high-impact content at scale.
You will be at the heart of content excellence, ensuring brand consistency and supporting the rollout of up to 60 projects per month in close collaboration with agencies, markets, and international L'Oréal teams in Paris. You will report to one of five managers within an 18-person team.
Key responsibilities: Ensure brand consistency across content for all channels and markets (product pages, PDPs, digital campaigns, etc.)
Coordinate the full content lifecycle : from planning, briefing, and validation to asset delivery
Act as a key point of contact between local markets, agencies, and global brand teams (DMI/CDMO)
Supervise content adaptation for multiple markets and languages with homogeneous structure & design
Contribute to the exploration of AI and GenAI opportunities in content creation and scaling
Manage project timelines and priorities across a high volume of deliverables
