Were hiring an Account Manager to own our client relationships. Were at 160+ active artists across the roster, and we need someone who can hold the picture across all of them — keeping clients calm, looked after, and unblocked while our strategists and editors stay focused on the creative work.
You must have experience in marketing within the music industry to be a strong fit for this role. Without that, you will not get the position.
The role Our strategists own the ideas, the editors own the cuts, and our Head of Productions runs the shoots. You own everything in between — the relationship, the comms, the issues, and the operational follow-through. Youre the first person a client speaks to when somethings off, and the last person to leave a problem unresolved. Youre not closing sales, youre not writing strategy. Youre keeping 160 artists feeling looked after at all times.
What youll own
* Client health. Daily sweep of the book — flagging wobbly clients, missed deliveries, quiet accounts, and clients hitting key milestones (week 1, day 14 guarantee window, post-shoot, post-edit). Every red flag becomes a tracked action.
* Issue resolution. Every client problem gets logged in Monday.com as a ticket with the right team member, a clear due date, and visibility to our Head of Ops. You chase it to closure.
* Service recovery. When a client is unhappy, youre on the call. Calm, ownership, clear next steps in writing, follow-up booked.
* Strategist handovers. When a creative conversation is needed, you brief the strategist on the clients history and emotional state before the call, then pick up every operational task that comes out of it.
* Sales hand-offs. When a client signals they want to upgrade, you route them cleanly to our sales team with full context — you dont pitch.
* Onboarding. Run new clients through our onboarding SOP so week 1 is tight every time.
* Defending payment disputes from the bank by filing a report of proof of service delivered.
What were looking for Someone who has managed a high-volume client book before — agency, label, artist management, or creator services. Youve handled refund threats, late deliveries, and emotional clients, and youve come out with the relationship intact. You understand music — you know what a hook is, why a viral moment matters, and why a missed shoot feels like the end of the world to an artist on the come-up. Youre comfortable working remote, async, and proactive.
The setup 40 hours per week, EUR 20/hour, fully remote. Path to full-time as the role proves out. This is a new function at RAPVILLE — youll shape the workflow with us, not inherit one.
