We are expanding our global team and looking for a Business Development Manager to bring their expertise and help us increase awareness and usage of our product and services.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Proactively identify and target potential clients in the gig economy and related sectors, establishing and nurturing strong business relationships.
2. Conducting Meetings and Calls: Initiate and manage outbound sales calls and schedule in-person meetings to present gig pay solutions, understand client needs, and address questions or concerns.
3. Product Presentation and Explanation: Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of gig pay solutions, tailoring the message to diverse audiences to demonstrate how the solutions can solve their specific challenges.
4. Market Research and Analysis: Monitor gig economy market trends in Spain to identify growth opportunities, potential clients, and competitive positioning.
5. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and market expansion.
6. Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract and pricing negotiations, ensuring agreements align with company goals and customer satisfaction.
7. Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback to support product and sales improvements.
8. Networking and Representation: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Spain to promote the company's gig pay solutions.

Requirements :

* Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within fintech or the gig economy sectors.
* Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and credibility with clients.
* Understanding of gig pay solutions and payment technologies is advantageous.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, with strategic problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable with phone calls and face-to-face meetings.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
* This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively represent our innovative gig pay offerings and drive growth in the Spanish market.
