- Analyze P&L; (margins, costs, etc.)- Prepare monthly reports and provide support to the Finance Director- Monitor KPIs (costs, inventory, prices)- Control and analyze variances (especially expenses)Continuous analysis and improvement:
- Identify cost reduction opportunities- Participate in optimization projects- Support internal and external audits- Drive improvements in internal control processesBusiness partner:
- Collaborate with production and logistics- Collaborate with the parent company in Italy
