We're seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our GITOPS team in Barcelona (Hybrid) to bridge the gap between complex infrastructure and the end-user experience. You are responsible for the hands-on administration of our device fleet (Mac, Windows, Linux) and our core SaaS stack. You don't just fix problems; you build the systems—through MDM and automation—that prevent problems from occurring in the first place.

The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Technical Support Engineer in the GITOPS team you will be in charge of:
- Endpoint Management: Execute the technical configuration, patching, and security policy enforcement for all company devices using Workspace ONE.
- SaaS Administration: Act as the primary administrator for our productivity suite, including Google Workspace, Slack, Lucid, and GitHub, ensuring optimal configuration and access control.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and audit security policies across hybrid environments to protect company data without hindering employee friction.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify manual support patterns and implement automation or self-service solutions to drive operational efficiency.
- Technical Mentorship: Serve as an escalation point for the Service Desk, providing deep technical troubleshooting and documenting best practices for the broader team.
- Project Execution: Collaborate with Product and Business teams to integrate new digital tools into the existing ecosystem, ensuring a smooth rollout for all users.
- Drive AI Innovation: Leverage AI and automation to improve internal productivity and quality of service.

- Strategic Toolkit: 3+ years in SaaS administration (Google Workspace/Slack) and MDM (Workspace ONE preferred).
- OS Expertise: Proficiency in configuring and securing macOS and Windows
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align daily technical tasks with the company's long-term digital transformation vision.
- Results driven: Experience working with KPIs and SLAs to ensure high-quality service delivery and risk mitigation.
- Hybrid Knowledge: Proven ability to manage tools across both on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
- Language: English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered coding assistants.
- Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into software development workflows.
- AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to debug code, streamline development processes, and enhance productivity.
- Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
- Collaboration with AI: Experience or interest in collaborating closely with AI tools as \"pair programmers\" to complement traditional software development practices.
