About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen market presence in Spain. In this role, you will:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
* Build and expand client relationships, identifying new opportunities for products and solutions.
* Partner with R&D and production teams to support product innovation and resolve technical and commercial challenges.
* Prepare documentation for bids and tenders, ensuring competitive proposals.
* Analyze market trends and competitors to refine go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Relevant experience and contacts in power AMI, distribution products, water meters, gas meters, or communication modules.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
* Strong results orientation and proven ability to deliver on sales targets.
* Willingness to travel frequently for international business.
