- We are searching for a Store Supervisor to work alongside our Store Manager in Westfield - Parquesur. This is a key role in managing the store in all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART's standards.
This leadership position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and a passion for retail management. Support the Store Manager in the daily management of the store and act as the operational point of reference in their absenceAssist the Store Manager in training and coordinating the sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedureCollaborate in achieving sales targets by motivating the team and monitoring daily resultsMonitor inventory levels, reporting replenishment needs or discrepancies to the managerEnsure the store maintains high standards of order, cleanliness, and visual merchandising according to company guidelinesAccurately perform opening and closing cash procedures, ensuring precision and punctualityProvide support for basic administrative tasks, such as shift planning and daily sales reportingBe available to work flexible hours
Excellent command of English, both spoken and writtenProven ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targetsCompetence in administrative tasks (shift planning, reporting, etc.)Knowledge of visual merchandising techniquesFamiliarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems (CEGID)
