**About the Role**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver robust technical solutions aligned with business needs and architectural standards
- Lead end-to-end development efforts, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance
- Translate functional specifications into detailed technical designs and operational processes
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and quality standards throughout delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solution integration and user experience
- Provide expert technical guidance and influence stakeholders across business and IT
- Take ownership of project execution, ensuring timely and effective solution delivery
**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Over 12 years of experience designing and delivering complex, cross-functional technical solutions
- Strong background in programming and solution architecture across diverse technologies
- Proven ability to integrate or implement commercial off-the-shelf software products
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior IT and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Self-driven and capable of working independently in a matrixed, multicultural environment
- Experience in regulated industries, ideally pharmaceuticals, including computer system validation.
**Desirable Requirements**:
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and delivering in iterative development cycles
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and digital transformation initiatives
