Will be a member of the plant's Operations Technology and IT teams. Will be responsible for users support and IT systems and services, to ensure service levels, and improve efficiency. Oversee the installation and configuration of network and communication systems and devices, supporting IT/OT migration and integration projects. Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365 clients, and virtualized environments. Support the analysis, planning, and coordination of improvement initiatives, including hardware and software components. Ensure the administration and maintenance of physical and virtual servers. Install and configure PCs/laptops and user devices, including mobile devices and smartphones. Support users in resolving technical issues. Ensure troubleshooting and recovery in case of failures. Verify the correct implementation and installation of security and data protection solutions (antivirus, antimalware, backup/restore, security policies), in accordance with applicable legislation. Coordinate and monitor the service levels of suppliers and partners operating in your area of expertise to support the plant's IT/OT activities and ensure compliance with objectives according to company guidelines. Contribute to the development of technical documentation in accordance with policies and best practices. Collaborate in the plant's computer system validation (CSV) activities. Comply with the safety and environmental regulations applicable to your job. Requirements Bachelor's degree, equivalent, or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electronics/Industrial Automation, or a related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in managing IT systems, networks, and security. Training in Microcomputer Systems, Systems Administration, Application Development, or a related field. Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux) and office and enterprise applications (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365), collaboration tools (SharePoint, etc.), networks, and virtualization. Experience in database management (preferably SQL), cloud architectures, and virtualization systems (VMWare, etc.). Experience in technical support and incident resolution. Experience with MES, SCADA, QMS, and WMS, as well as PLC and machine interface solutions, is a plus. Familiarity with production computing environments, processes, and manufacturing techniques. Strong problem-solving and results-oriented skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to interact with stakeholders from different areas of the company. Technical skills in programming languages are a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience in collaborative environments and working with multidisciplinary teams. Interest in continuous improvement and technological innovation. Good written and spoken English. Occasional interventions outside standard business hours when required, to ensure service continuity and avoid production impact (for example during planned maintenance, incidents, or production constraints).
