The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, creative and technical skills from their previous roles.
A typical day will be focused on managing performance campaigns for direct paid conversions, upsells, cross-sells and winback campaigns.
They will build personalized communications, leveraging data and user research to improve paid media performance.
This role encompasses a diverse range of paid media channels including search, paid social media, programmatic, advertorial, display, video, etc.
The role will focus primarily on campaign execution and reporting.
Core Responsibilities1.
Campaign Execution & Management
With guidance from the Marketing director, this person will own daily operational management of paid channels including: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube) and Programmatic ( Taboola, Adroll, Criteo )Launch, duplicate, pause, and optimize campaigns based on predefined goalsManage budgets and bids to ensure spend aligns with CPA and pacing targetsMonitor delivery issues (learning limited, underdelivery, audience saturation) 2.
Testing Execution & Creative RotationTest and learn based on an established roadmapUpload new creative concepts and variantsSet up A/B tests (audiences, creatives, formats, hooks)Rotate out fatigued adsEnsure naming conventions and structure are consistent 3.
QA OwnershipQA all links, landing pages, and tracking before campaigns go liveCatch and flag anomalies (broken events, zero conversions, abnormal CVR drops) 4.
