00 PMThe Platform Manager Automation (PMA) Services enable the Human Pharma Delivery Unit (HPS DU) to efficiently build and automate campaign journeys, primarily using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, along with other tools like Adobe Marketing Cloud, CDP, and proprietary systems. The role includes managing team-specific spaces within Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket.Duties & ResponsibilitiesBuild campaign workflows and ensure timely, quality campaign delivery based on market briefs.Maintain high-quality standards, including setup for measurement and QA.Optimize campaign processes, automate platforms, and innovate for efficiency.Provide technical specifications and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).Debug workflow issues, report bugs, and coordinate with IT support.Document technical enhancements, templates, and processes.Create and maintain workflows, templates, landing pages, and HTML content.Collaborate with Campaign Support Services and Platform Management Omnichannel teams.Requirements & Desired SkillsBachelor’s Degree in technical or business fields with strong technical skills.Excellent campaign and project management skills, with ability to handle multiple projects.Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.Minimum 1 year of Salesforce Data Cloud experience.Technical marketing automation certification preferred.Experience translating business needs into software solutions.Knowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and API calls.Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Experience in software development, consultancy, or project delivery preferred.Knowledge of email and web design is a plus.Familiarity with Atlassian tools is advantageous.Pharma industry knowledge, including Veeva CRM, is a plus.Experience in support and troubleshooting is preferred.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and fluent in English.What We OfferPermanent contract.Flexible schedule supporting work-life balance.Training and certification opportunities.Home office options.About UsOmega CRM, part of Merkle and dentsu, is a global leader in customer-centric digital solutions with over 23 years of experience, 580+ professionals, and numerous awards, including Salesforce Partner of the Year FY23.We serve various industries, delivering omnichannel customer experiences, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and innovation.
