**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Meeting Coordination & Documentation**:
- Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO, taking detailed minutes and action items.
- Prepare agendas, briefings, and follow-up reports for internal and external meetings.
- Ensure timely follow-up on key action points and deliverables.
- **Calendar & Travel Management**:
- Manage the CEO's complex schedule, ensuring optimal time management.
- Plan and coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Anticipate travel-related requirements and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- **Communication & Correspondence**:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft reports, presentations, and communications for the CEO’s review.
- **Project Management & Follow-Up**:
- Oversee and follow up on ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide status updates and flag potential risks or delays.
- **Confidentiality & Discretion**:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Prepare expense reports and oversee budget-related tasks for the CEO.
- Manage personal administrative tasks as required.
- Organize and maintain the CEO’s files, contacts, and records efficiently.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English and Spanish** (**French** is a plus).
- Ability to travel internationally and work flexible hours as required.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.

Pay: 3,500.00€ - 5,000.00€ per month
