Aexus makes technology and software companies successful by helping fast‑growing organizations with all aspects of the commercial process, from proposition development and go‑to‑market planning to inbound marketing and outbound sales. Established in 2000, it has an international team of more than 100 professionals across Europe, the US and APAC.

Tasks
* Introduce three highly innovative software technology solutions across the Nordic market.
* Define and execute a joint go‑to‑market strategy and business plan with SaaS partners.
* Initiate and manage multi‑level sales processes, from initial contact to closure.
* Develop relationships with partners and potential prospects.
* Guide partners in identifying verticals, ICP, developing propositions and positioning them in the market.
Requirements
* A completed bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
* Over 3 years of professional experience in a B2B full sales cycle role, preferably in the tech / SaaS sector.
* Strong understanding of and familiarity with the Swedish market and business culture.
* Experience with online prospecting, lead generation, strategic cold‑calling, and a passion for the hunting process and deal closing.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and native‑like communication skills in Swedish and English, written and verbal.
* Goal‑oriented, sales‑driven, organized, and highly motivated to succeed.
* Creative thinker with an affinity for innovative and disruptive technology.
* Self‑starter who can operate independently and act as a trusted team member.
