Currently in Spain in the shipyard. Homeport SOF Licence: STCW, Medical Fitness Certificate/ENG1, Driving licence are a must. Food Hygiene L2. Job Description: We are looking for a Crew Chef for a private 65+m MY. The yacht is seeking a Crew Chef responsible for preparing high-quality meals for 16 crew members. The role covers lunch and dinner service only (no breakfast). Standards onboard are high, and the successful candidate must be organised, consistent, and capable of maintaining quality in a structured galley environment. There are two vegetarians onboard and one peanut allergy. No other specific dietary requirements.
A 10-day handover and training period with the Head Chef will take place in February. The Crew Chef will cook independently in March, with the Head Chef returning onboard in April. Private program, Owner is frequently on board.
Salary: €3,500-€4,000 DOE
Leave: 90 days, somewhat 3:1 pattern but requires flexibility during the wintertime.
