In this role you lead integral study teams to deliver high-quality clinical trial outputs within multi-million-dollar budgets. You shape global operational study strategies with cross-functional partners to accelerate evidence generation. You develop foundational study documents and provide robust oversight across diverse clinical programs. You foster partnerships with investigators and global partners to integrate cutting-edge clinical insights into operations, advancing patient care globally.

• Lead global study teams and manage timelines, milestones, and budgets
• Design and execute global operational study strategies with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Ru0026D
• Develop and validate study documentation (protocols, validation plans, investigator templates)
• Provide operational oversight for Investigator-Initiated Studies, Early Adopter Programs, and partner collaborations
• Manage international vendor portfolios (CROs, consultants, medical advisors) and drive high-performance execution
• Build collaborations with international investigators and alliance partners to infuse clinical expertise into operations
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or closely related field
• Experience in global clinical operational roles
• Strong knowledge of international clinical regulations and standards (ICH-GCP, IVDD/IVDR, MDR, FDA)
• Agile communicator and collaborative leader with ability to resolve complex problems in matrix environments
• Passion for fostering belonging across regions, cultures, and time zones to prioritize patient needs
