What we look for?
We are seeking a Junior Mulesoft Platform Support Engineer to assist in the daily operations, monitoring, and maintenance of the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to develop expertise in integration platform support within a dynamic IT environment.
High english level is required.
* Monitor platform health and performance using tools like Anypoint Monitoring.
* Assist in deploying and managing APIs and integrations on CloudHub and on-premise environments.
* Support incident response and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior team members.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including log analysis and system checks.
* Document operational procedures and support activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Basic understanding of integration concepts and APIs.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
* English at least C1
