Edged Spain has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Health and Safety Manager.
In this position, you will work directly with the Regional Operations Director, Regional Project Director, and Data Center Site Managers, being responsible for the fulfillment of H&S policies across all sites.
We are looking for someone who can identify, coordinate, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity, working with the Operations Management teams to continuously enhance the functionality and safety of Data Centers.
The Regional Health and Safety Manager needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
1. Lead, coach, and develop regional Health & Safety personnel through structured management and teamwork.
2. Ensure compliance with relevant Health & Safety legislation across the Iberian Peninsula, ensuring personnel are qualified and experienced.
3. Define, implement, and maintain frameworks to support and enhance the Health & Safety strategy within Operations.
4. Develop and promote a safety culture within Operations.
5. Foster a positive team environment through results, teamwork, development, accountability, and professionalism.
6. Support the Operations Team with data and trends analysis to identify improvements.
7. Collaborate with Design & Engineering to integrate safety into new project designs.
8. Work with Legal and Governance to align safety provisions with business risk and compliance activities.
9. Design and execute audits to measure and report safety standards compliance.
Skills & Requirements
Education / Experience
* Minimum 5 years of relevant H&S experience in data centers or industrial environments.
* A recognized safety qualification (diploma level or equivalent).
* Experience with ISO 45001 or OSHAS 18000 audits.
* Proven track record managing H&S functions across multiple projects.
* Ability to implement frameworks, policies, and procedures.
* Experience leading diverse, multi-country teams.

* Comfort operating at all organizational levels.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* Fluent in English.
