Scrum Master
to join a long‑term
global digital program
within one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical client. You will be part of a international digital and technology ecosystem, working in a
highly regulated environment
where Agile is applied at scale to support innovation in healthcare. The role sits within
cross‑functional value streams
, collaborating with distributed teams across
Europe, the US and other global locations
, contributing to the delivery of impactful digital products and platforms.
Your Mission Facilitate all
Scrum ceremonies
with clarity and purpose, ensuring alignment on sprint goals and sustainable delivery. Actively contribute to
PI Planning and quarterly planning cycles
, supporting alignment, dependency management and roadmap execution within a
SAFe environment
. Promote an
Agile mindset
and act as an ambassador of
Scrum, Kanban and Agile at scale
within Roche’s ways of working. Identify, escalate and remove impediments, fostering transparency, collaboration and continuous improvement. Support Product Owners in
backlog refinement, prioritization and value‑driven delivery
. Use
agile metrics and data
(predictability, flow, velocity, risks) to continuously improve team performance. Ensure coordination and alignment across teams within the same
value stream or Agile Release Train
. Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders in a
global, multicultural and highly regulated pharmaceutical environment
.
Who Are You? 4–5 years of experience
working as a Scrum Master in real delivery environments. Strong hands‑on experience applying
Scrum
; experience with
Kanban
is a plus. Experience working in SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks
, including PI Planning and cross‑team coordination. Previous exposure to
regulated industries
such as pharma, healthcare, life sciences, banking or insurance. Solid understanding of the
software development lifecycle
and digital products in enterprise contexts. Experience with tools such as
Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
or similar. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at team and program level. Fluent English (C1)
for daily collaboration in an international environment.
