Overview Location: Granollers, SpainResponsibilities: As our Manager IS and DT CoE Subject Matter Expert, you are responsible for SAP FICO support delivery. In this role, you support and deliver SAP FICO solutions within the SAP Center of Excellence. You act as the regional go‐to person for first‐level support, contribute to global SAP projects, support process improvements, and ensure solutions align with global governance and business requirements while working closely with global stakeholders.Your main focus:Responsibilities Handle functional incidents, enhancements, and operational changes using ticketing systemsProvide first‐level SAP FICO support within the regionCoordinate with second‐level support for troubleshooting and escalationLead SAP configuration and implementation activities following core solution standardsParticipate in SAP project implementationsSupport execution of projects and system changes at site levelCapture and anticipate global and local business requirementsLead review meetings with Key Users and Local Process OwnersWork with Business Facing teams to improve processes using SAP capabilitiesMaintain knowledge of SAP product direction and future offeringsShare knowledge and coordinate activities across regionsProvide coverage for other SAP support areas when applicableIdentify change management initiatives with Key Users and Local Process OwnersSupport implementation of system monitoring across jobs and interfacesAct as link between users and Application Maintenance teamsQualifications Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalentHave at least 5 years of experience implementing and/or supporting SAP projectsAre proficient in SAP ERP, including S/4HANA On‐Premise 2022Have SAP certification in relevant modulesAre fluent in English (other languages appreciated)Nice to have Knowledge of VIM OpenText, Tradeshift, or HighRadiusProject management experience (PMI certification)Experience in Mass Market or Cosmetics businessKnowledge of data conversion toolsBenefits Dynamic, international environment promoting a culture of kindnessTicket restaurant (daily diet for meals)Company products / Access to the company shopHealth insuranceAbout Coty Coty is one of the world's largest beauty companies with an iconic portfolio of brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, skincare, and body care.
