**Your primary mission will be to provide dedicated support to our Chief of People, Timy, in making our People Ops run as smoothly as a well-oiled machine and bringing our HR projects to life!**

**Run proactively global HR Operations**:
- Manage HR tasks like contracts, records, timesheets, and benefits for our integral team.
- Keep our HR databases and systems up-to-date and accurate, finding valuable insights.
- Welcome new team members and handle offboarding processes with care and efficiency.
**Coordinate key HR Projects**:
- Participate in the design and execute HR projects with precision, from compensation to performance review and other key HR topics.
- Drive projects to success, hitting the bullseye with coordinated and measured progress.
- Be the HR news anchor, providing exciting updates and progress reports to our team.
**Architect Policies & ensure Compliance**:
- Design HR policies that align with our unique cu
