Alicante/Murcia | full time | permanent To further expand our business in Spain, we are seeking as soon as possible an Area Sales Manager South-East Spain (all genders) Tasks & Responsibilities
- Drive sales development in your designated district, reporting directly to the International Sales Manager based in Germany
- Manage existing customers through sales and product training, regular visits, merchandising support, and technical product expertise
- Increase brand and product presence at trade fairs, professional tool dealers and similar retailers
- Identify and acquire new customers in various market segments (e.g., electrical installation, construction, automotive, plumbing)
- Conduct joint visits with customers' sales teams, including end-user visits and product demonstrations/training
- Analyze market, customer, and competitor data in the region
- 3-4 days per week out “on the road” with 1-2 home office days
Preferred Profile & Skills
- Successfully completed degree or comparable commercial education, ideally with a focus on marketing and sales
- At least three years of professional experience in sales, preferably with technical products or tools
- Proven track record in building relationships with distributors and end-users
- Experience in digital sales, marketing tools, and social media platforms
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive approach to work
- Ideally verbal English skills
