The opportunity
We're seeking a Solutions Consultant based in Spain to join our Solution Engineering team, supporting Europe with a focus on Spain & Portugal. This role involves working closely with our sales team to address real-world cybersecurity challenges for prospective customers. You will identify customer requirements and tailor our solutions to deliver value and secure technical wins.
Your main responsibilities:
* Maintain expert knowledge of Immersive Labs' Cyber Resilience Platform and competitor technologies.
* Identify and define prospective customers' technical requirements and use-cases to align our solutions' technical and business value.
* Engage with C-level executives, cybersecurity professionals, and business units through detailed solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept management.
* Act as a security advisor during the sales process by developing cyber skills programs, facilitating crisis simulations, and assessing organizational risk.
* Collaborate with sales to strategize and achieve technical wins for new and existing customers.
* Stay informed of evolving cyber threats, trends, and technologies by engaging with the cybersecurity community.
* Work with product, content, and engineering teams to represent customer needs and influence product development.
* Represent Immersive Labs at conferences, security events, and client sites.
To be successful:
* At least 3 years of experience in sales engineering, IT, or cybersecurity.
* Strong understanding of IT fundamentals (hardware, software, databases, networking, security, development).
* Knowledge of security concepts, standards, and compliance frameworks.
* Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux OS, security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), and cloud environments.
* Experience delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Bachelor's degree or higher required.
