Country Sales Manager

Where will you be working?

SDLG (Shandong Lingong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.) is a major player in the global construction machinery industry. Founded in 1972 and partnered with Volvo since 2006, SDLG offers a broad range of earth-moving machines, road equipment, mining trucks, and compact construction machinery. The company is known for its innovation, international focus, and strong dealer networks. For this position, you'll be active in the region covering France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg — though this can change depending on market needs.

What will you be doing?

As Regional Sales Manager, you'll be in the driver's seat when it comes to all sales, channel development, and marketing efforts within your country. You'll steer both strategy and execution, while managing dealers, developing key accounts, and optimizing commercial performance. Together with your international colleagues, you'll align regional goals with global ambitions — and build long-term partnerships that help grow SDLG's presence in the European market.

What are we looking for?

You're someone who leads with vision, communicates clearly, and thrives in a dynamic international setting. You know how to develop and grow dealer networks and understand what it takes to manage sales performance in a technical B2B market.


• Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Sales, or Engineering;


• A firm experience in sales, preferably in construction machinery or a

related industry;


• Proven track record in dealer management and business development;


• Experience with international channel development and commercial strategy;


• Affinity with working in cross-cultural teams and matrix organizations;


• Knowledge of SAP is a plus, but not required;


• You live in Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
