The Cook at Sea Recovery is responsible for preparing healthy, high-quality meals that support clients' recovery, comfort, and wellbeing. This role blends culinary skill with hospitality, nutritional awareness, and a premium service mindset. Meal Planning & Preparation
Personalise dishes based on client preferences, allergies, cultural considerations, and recovery needs.
Plan and manage grocery shopping, stock rotation, and inventory control.
Maintain cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.
Premium Hospitality Standards
Adjust meal timings, menus, or service style to accommodate client schedules, excursions, or treatment appointments.
Proven experience as a private chef, cook, or culinary professional in premium hospitality, wellness retreats, villas, or boutique hotels.
Certification or training in food safety and hygiene (HACCP or equivalent).
Experience working with high-net-worth clients is a strong advantage.
English required; Spanish an advantage.
