* Language: Native or near-native Japanese speaker with Intermediate English .
* On-Camera Charisma: A confident, friendly personality with great "on-camera" vibes.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work in a dynamic 24/7 environment with rotating shifts.
* Background: No previous experience? No problem. We provide free professional training at our prestigious Academy !
