Materials and Processes Engineer (Space and Electronics Sector)

What are we looking for?
* Materials and Processes Engineer, with at least 5 years of experience.
* Availability to join a stable project in Valdepeñas.
* Degree: Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Materials, Industrial Engineering or similar.
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in space projects related to electronic equipment.
* Proficiency in ECSS standards, especially:
o ECSS-Q-ST-70-61C (assembly of electronic components)
o ECSS-Q-ST-70-60C (acceptability of PCBs)
o ECSS-Q-ST-70-28C (repairs)
* Knowledge of welding, cleaning, encapsulation, adhesives, and surface treatment processes in a space environment.
* Ability to write technical documentation in English (minimum level B2).
* Technical rigor, attention to detail, and quality orientation.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Define, validate, and control materials and manufacturing processes for electronic cards and electronic equipment for space applications.
* Oversee the qualification of electronic component assembly processes in accordance with ECSS-Q-ST-70-61C.
* Ensure compliance with PCB acceptability requirements in accordance with ECSS-Q-ST-70-60C.
* Coordinate and document electronic assembly repair activities in accordance with ECSS-Q-ST-70-28C.
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation: process sheets, qualification reports, assembly and repair procedures.
* Participate in internal and external audits, as well as technical reviews with customers and space agencies.
* Work closely with the design, production, and quality teams to ensure industrialization in accordance with space standards.
