On behalf of a world-famous and premium Solar PV manufacturer, AD Energy is in search of a Sales Director - Iberia.
My client are a household name in the Solar systems market, and continue to grow at a very fast pace.
The Sales Director will be tasked to establish, develop, and maintain prosperous business relations with medium and large wholesalers and EPCs / Developers, as well as Utilities and then working with the smaller installers to pull sales and business through.
This position will be a permanent Spain or Portugal employment opportunity and will be based mainly in a home-office. On offer is a competitive salary, strong bonus, company car, working tools, health care, and pension.
Facilitate in executing the regional sale business plan in Iberia
Staying close to market activities and trends to evaluate sales strategy in Spain and Portugal
Keep abreast of solar market, suggest and pursue sale opportunities in region
Carry out and coordinate pre-sales activities, and win large, Mutli MW deals for equipment supply
Create sales and technical quotations for clients
Lead, develop and expand a team of top class sales professionals
Actively extend your personal and professional solar pv network with relevant partners in the solar and pv market : funders, consultants, and developers
Possess a complete knowledge of the solutions and be a brand advocate
Possess a minimum of 7 years technical sales and commercial leadership experience with the Iberia Solar PV market
Must be able to demonstrate a good track record of sales target achievement, understanding of how to grow market share
A strong knowledge of the solar and photovoltaic technology array
Direct experience in sales management with distributors and installers
A strong foundation network with EPCs, Developers and funders
Must have fluent language ability in Spanish
