Who we are
At Trusted Immersions, we coordinate educational immersion programmes in the UK and Ireland for schools and institutes. We care deeply about every detail so each trip becomes a safe, meaningful and unforgettable experience.
We work with minors, so our priority is always clear: student wellbeing and peace of mind for families and schools.
Trusted Immersions was created from the shared vision (and years of experience) of María and Virginia. We've spent years working in educational travel, and now we're building a project of our own with a personal, responsible and very human way of working.
Your mission
We're looking for a creative, organised person with strong visual instincts to take our social media to the next level:

What you'll do day to day
Planning & strategy
* Design the editorial calendar (LinkedIn + Instagram/Facebook + TikTok launch)
* Propose brand-aligned campaigns: educational, aspirational, trustworthy and human
* Identify trends and adapt them meaningfully
Design & content
* Create social media creatives
* Edit short-form video with strong narrative
* Elevate the brand visually with your own ideas
Community & communication
* Support community management: replies, DMs, comments

Administrative support
, helping the Programme Director build new destinations and assisting the Commercial Director with on-the-ground issues.
* Maintain quality and deadlines
AI (highly valued)
* Use AI tools to speed up creative processes: copy, scripts, variations, ideas, A/B tests
* Always with judgement and brand consistency
Requirements
* C1 English (mandatory)
* Strong Instagram skills + LinkedIn vision
* Good social design sense
* Short-form video editing (CapCut or similar)
* Continuous creativity
* Organisation and reliability
Nice to have
* Experience with education, travel, youth or experiential brands
* Strong storytelling ability
* Comfortable selling without \"hard selling\"
* Familiar with Notion / Trello
* Passion for social media as a growth channel
Working structure
* 16 hours/week
* Fully remote
* Versátil schedule (pre-agreed)
* Mondays required: weekly check-in meeting
Contract type
Hourly collaboration:
freelance/self-employed or employment contract
