As a Helpdesk technician, you will be part of our IT Team working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment. Your main responsibilities include handling tickets related to daily work incidents, updating SanLucar with new digital IT tools, and ensuring all co-workers have the necessary IT tools, both software and hardware, including initial setup and future maintenance.

Your Role Highlights – Responsibilities
* Assist end users seeking technical support via ticketing system, phone, or email.
* Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and questions.
* Determine the best solution based on the problem and user details.
* Guide users through the problem-solving process.
* Forward unresolved issues to higher-level IT support.
* Provide accurate reports on SLAs and other issues.
* Track and update customer status and information.
* Forward user feedback or suggestions to the relevant internal team.
* Identify and recommend improvements to procedures.
* Create, edit, and review training manuals for new and updated software and hardware.

Requirements
* Dual Education (FP Dual) in IT, IT studies, or similar education.
* Some experience in IT Systems, Helpdesk, or related fields.
* Passion for new technologies and digital trends in IT tools.
* Proficiency in English and/or other valued languages.
* Excellent networking and communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of traditional O365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote) and advanced tools like MS Forms, OneDrive, Planner, Groups, Teams.
