What are we looking for?
For our specialized team, we are looking for several Senior Java Developers (at least 7 years of experience) who will contribute to a project with one of our global customers, that is a global leader in credit cards, auto loans, banking and saving accounts. High level of English required.
Location: 100% remote. This position is open only to candidates residing in Spain.
Requirements for the role:
* Strong Java development skills and experience building APIs.
* Solid understanding of design principles (e.G., SOLID).
* Experience with unit, API, acceptance, and load testing.
* Advocate for quality (Pair Programming, TDD, BDD).
* Experience with SOA/MSA and event‐driven architectures.
* Proficiency with REST APIs and AWS services.
* Experience with Gradle or Maven, and Enterprise Jenkins.
* Agile experience (Scrum, SAFe).
* English C1
Job Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable software.
* As part of the DevOps model "you build it, you own it and you run it", ensure stable and smooth maintenance of delivered software.
* Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
* Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Participate in complete Software Development Life Cycle, including occasional QA and peer review.
* Work to achieve the goals and vision articulated by Product Management.
* Innovate within your team, initiative area and contribute within your technical domain.
Work schedule
* 8-17 Monday/Friday
