who will perform the following functions:
Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing legal and contractual documentation for various needs across departments (e.G., commercial, project management, procurement, HR).Identifying risks in legal and contractual documents, whether inherent or regulatory, and proposing mitigation measures.Negotiating, drafting, and supervising agreements related to tenders, such as bidding agreements, shareholder agreements, risk matrices, etc., as well as EPC, O&M, Concessions, PPA contracts, and energy purchase agreements.Advising on company acquisition processes.Studying, preparing lawsuits, and handling judicial and extrajudicial procedures, including court appearances.Requirements:
Law degree.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.Experience in public procurement, international contracts, concessions, and photovoltaic projects.Previous experience in corporate legal advisory.High level of English (negotiation, spoken and written - C1).French skills (B2) are a plus.Proficiency in Office tools at an advanced level.Additional Information:
