Green Hat Consulting is a consultancy firm within the wind energy sector based on La Coruña (Spain) which focuses on Sales, Asset Management, technical and/or commercial project management as well as contract management activities on behalf of wind energy contractors internationally Green Hat has a lean structure focus on delivering the different assignments with top quality and professionalism.
Green Hat Is Currently Seeking To Expand The Consultancy Services Team With Top Talented Wind Consultants (technical, Commercial, Contract And/or Project Managers Profiles) Assignments Will Include
Asset management for offshore wind operational projects
Managing Tendering and Contract negotiations for TSA and/or SMA package for renewable projects
Managing Tendering and Contract negotiations for Balance of Plant package for renewable projects
Managing the contracts and settle claims of renewable projects
Managing vessel charter agreements for renewable projects
What we are looking for?
Excellent communication skills in English is a must given that the assignments will be for international projects
2-5 years of experience preferable within wind (onshore/offshore) in a commercial, technical and/or contracting role
A colleague with structured mindset, capacity to work under pressure, fast learner and work hard whilst having fun
Proven experience in FIDIC based contract agreements is a plus
Proven experience in contracting processes related to large scale infrastructure projects is a plus
Proven experience in commercial project management, sales and/or procurement roles related to large scale infrastructure projects is a plus
Requirements
University Degree in Engineering or similar
Based in Spain on La Coruña area or willingness to relocate to La Coruña
Professional use of the microsoft office package (specially powerpoint, word and excel)
English: C1 Advanced level or similarAvailability to travel depending on company's requirements
Good communicator with positive attitude and willingness to make a difference whilst having fun
Additional Experience
Experience on project execution activities (focus on renewable assets)
Experience on due diligence services (focus on renewable assets)
Experience on asset management activities (focus on renewable assets)
MBA
