Our colleagues in the Spanish Sales team are looking for a new Field Sales Representative for the Away from Home channel in Canary Islands. In this role, you will ensure the correct execution and management of sales points to develop the category by improving Kellogg’s sales volume, product positioning, and market share growth. You will identify business opportunities and facilitate the roles of Regional and National Accounts.Key responsibilities include:
Achieving execution objectives and implementing action plans per sales point.Executing commercial and promotional agreements in POS:
planograms, product references, innovation, promotional plans.Detecting and leveraging POS opportunities to improve merchandising and product exposure.Ensuring optimal shelf positioning aligned with category management strategies.Tracking new product evolution and implementing changes in stores.Using point of sale resources effectively and coordinating with promoters and merchants.Building strong relationships with store stakeholders.Communicating advertising and promotional campaigns.Managing stock levels and expiration dates.Utilizing the Audit tool for sales visits and meetings.Monitoring execution results versus forecasts.Requirements for success:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and merchandising.Proficiency in Excel and databases.1-2 years’ experience in FMCG sales.Strong passion for sales.Fluent in Spanish and English.Valid driving license.We offer extensive benefits, including flexible working arrangements, to support work/life balance.
