YOUR TASKS
Key activities :
* Updating and completing the KYC files of Kepler Cheuvreux clients in accordance with internal rules and procedures;
* Carry out the necessary due diligence to assess the AML-CFT risk (PEP, international sanctions, asset freeze) when entering into a relationship and updating client files
* Providing support to other departments of the company on compliance / Risk related subjects
* Client credit limits : Credit checks, yearly review of credit checks for all clients ;
* Preparation of risk assessments on business line as requested by the risk and compliance manager ;
* Process third party inquiries and propose responses to the risk and compliance manager.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS
Skills Required :
* Graduated from abusiness school or university with a specialization for law and an interest in financial markets;
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
* Good office skills, particularly in Excel;
* Regularly and consistently communicates with his direct reports on progress;
* Independent, reliable, very rigorous;
* Fast learner, good communications skills;
* Fluent in English; a good command ofFrench is essential.
