The company is currently seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead its multi-site operations, oversee a multidisciplinary team, and drive the next phase of growth while maintaining the highest standards of operational performance, and customer experience.
Job Description

* Work closely with the Board of Directors to define and execute the company's strategic and commercial objectives in line with revenue and profitability targets.
* Lead and represent the company across operational, legal, and commercial matters, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including authorities, financial institutions, suppliers, and partners.
* Oversee multi-site operations, ensuring efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
* Define and implement commercial and operational strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational and financial performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and potential risks, implementing strategies to support sustainable business development.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to strengthen market positioning and drive customer acquisition.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards while maintaining strong relationships with relevant authorities.
* Oversee financial planning and budget management in coordination with finance partners.
* Continuously evaluate and optimize internal processes to improve operational efficiency and support future growth.
* Report regularly to shareholders on company performance, strategic initiatives, and key decisions.
The Successful Applicant

* Proven experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, or similar senior leadership role, ideally within tourism, hospitality, leisure, transport, or experience-based industries.
* Strong understanding of business management including operations, finance, legal, sales, and marketing.
* Demonstrated experience managing multi-site operations and leading diverse teams.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities while maintaining strict cost and operational control.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interacting with shareholders, authorities, and external partners.
* Project management experience or relevant certifications are valued.
* Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
