Python / Go Engineer – Tech Hub | Remote
We’re looking for a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to join a high-impact Platform team building the foundations of a modern, cloud-native product used in AI-driven environments.
This role focuses on designing and evolving core platform services, internal APIs, and infrastructure abstractions that enable engineering teams to build, scale, and operate efficiently.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the platform architecture, improving developer experience, and reducing system complexity at scale.
What you’ll do
* Design and evolve core platform services and internal APIs used across multiple teams
* Lead architectural initiatives (e.g. gRPC adoption, event-driven systems, platform refactoring )
* Own and improve control-plane components and cluster-level systems
* Build abstractions that simplify infrastructure and reduce cognitive load for engineers
* Develop production-grade services in Go (and Python when needed)
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enable scalable platform capabilities
* Improve scalability, reliability, and developer experience through thoughtful system design
* Participate in production support when needed, focusing on long-term solutions over quick fixes
✅ What we’re looking for
* 5+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure or distributed systems engineering
* Strong proficiency in Go and/or Python
* Solid experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures
* Deep understanding of distributed systems and API design
* Experience building and operating production systems used by other teams
