Field Service Technician PCI Job Description
As a Technical Consultant, you will provide technical support to Philips Solutions. This includes, but is not limited to, installations, upgrades, maintenance, repairs, and other activities at the client's facilities in Iberia and remotely in Europe, if necessary.
The Consultant will work with the client's Healthcare Information Systems Implementation teams, providing remote and on-site support for implementation and post-installation, including integration, connectivity with third-party devices, and data exploitation. Provide remote and on-site technical support to project teams.
Conduct remote monitoring, manage alerts, open incident tickets, and facilitate incident resolution.
Ensure compliance with company work practices and health and safety guidelines during projects.
Experience with healthcare products, especially in critical patient care and electronic health records, is advantageous.
Proficient in HL7, FHIR, and web services integration standards.
Hold a university degree and have expertise with Oracle or SQL databases, Windows OS, and remote support tools.
Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English;
additional languages are a plus.
