How you will contribute
You will be joining a highly skilled and cohesive team of six engineers who pride themselves on a culture of mutual support and technical excellence. We operate in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment. You will design, manage and/or coordinate Industrial Projects for internal and external clients of the Air Liquide Healthcare group within the MEDGAS business. This involves monitoring the projects and their implementation based on internal procedures, profitability indicators, costs and regulations to achieve maximum efficiency. Additionally, this position provides technical and administrative support to the Commercial Department in preparing maintenance proposals for medical gas supply equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities
Design and calculation of medical gas distribution systems (MGDS). BIM and AUTOCAD.
Budgeting all work to be quoted to clients for MGDS installations or modifications.
Budgeting all work to be quoted to clients for maintenance of medical gas supply equipment.
Managing the opening of work orders and material requests for MGDS projects and specific maintenance jobs.
Verifying that all accepted quotes meet the requirements of the MGDS procedure.
Defining standards for company‑owned installations based on internal and regulatory requirements.
Providing technical support to field personnel.
Drafting and updating procedures related to the preparation and execution of projects.
Providing technical support to the commercial department in preparing quotes for public and private tenders.
Providing technical support to the QSAR department in audits.
Providing technical support to the marketing department.
Monitoring the degree of compliance with the MGDS procedure in ongoing projects.
Designing, coordinating, and supporting the execution of projects.
Defining and studying preliminary projects, executing the required documentation until the quote is presented.
Working closely with the project sales representatives of the MEDGAS Directorate.
Periodically analyzing project indicators and costs with the Piping Engineering Director and Marketing Director to jointly define corrective actions in case of deviations.
Budgeting, controlling, and analyzing project costs, defining the necessary technical indicators, and verifying their results.
Monitoring efficiencies.
Presenting activity tracking reports and collaborating in budget preparation.
Qualifications
Education: Engineering (mechanical, chemistry, etc.) or Architecture.
BIM.
Autocad.
Piping knowledges.
Communication skills.
Spanish is a must; English is nice to have.

Position based in Brussels, Belgium for an initial period of 12 months (extendable once).
