THE ROLE
The GTM Senior Consultant designs go-to-market strategies, runs multichannel campaigns, and is the point of reference for everything outbound — from ICP definition to pipeline results. RevOps is a separate role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
GTM Strategy
* Design the full GTM strategy for each client engagement: ICP, segmentation, hypersegments, channel mix, and attack priority.
* Identify and exploit buying signals — leadership changes, hiring bursts, funding rounds, tech adoptions — to prioritise the workable TAM.
* Contribute actively to the LGaaS product roadmap: what's working, what's not, and what we should do differently.
* Define Campaign strategy & calanderization.
Campaign Execution
* Build and optimise multichannel sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls) with a focus on reply rate and qualified meetings generated.
* Copywriting: subject lines, email primers, LinkedIn messages, call scripts. Test continuously, iterate fast.
Pipeline Management & Analysis
* Monitor the pipeline generated for each client: velocity, stage conversion rates, and meeting quality.
* Spot funnel bottlenecks and propose concrete fixes — new target groups, pitch angles, retargeting strategies.
* Analyse campaign performance with real judgement: not just vanity metrics, but actual impact on pipeline.
Client Ownership
* Act as the primary point of contact for all LGaaS matters: strategy, results, and next steps.
* Prepare and lead WBRs (Weekly Business Reviews) and other client-facing sessions with clarity and conviction.
* Turn data into decisions — not reports, but conversations that move things forward.
* Manage multiple client projects in parallel with full autonomy — you own the timeline, the deliverables, and the relationship.
Product & Process
* Help build and evolve the TopSpin Lead Generation Playbook: processes, tools, and best practices.
* Influence product roadmap
* Define, implement and iterate processes, with strong focus on automation through AI tools.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* 3–5 years in B2B lead generation or GTM roles at a fast-paced tech company, or 3+ years in strategy or management consulting.
* strong analytical mindset: you know which metrics actually matter and don't settle for surface-level data.
* Ability to move between strategy and execution without losing the thread — and back again.
* Strong and fast executor.
* Clear communicator in both English and Spanish: you can run a client meeting, write a sharp deck, and explain a complex idea simply.
* Familiarity with prospecting and automation tools is a plus (Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, LemList, Sales Navigator, Make/Zapier) — but not a hard requirement. We care more about how you think than what tools you've used.
* Genuinely curious about AI and new technology: you actively look for ways to work smarter, not just harder.
