Product Development Senior Scientist

We have direct commercial presence in seven European countries, with product sales in 40 markets. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Development Senior Scientist to take technical ownership of assigned projects within our veterinary medicines, hygiene, and feed product portfolio. You will play a key role in the development, maintenance, and lifecycle management of products, ensuring high quality, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.
Lead the technical execution of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Project Management, Regulatory, Clinical, and Quality) as well as external CDMOs and CMOs to ensure all quality and technical requirements are met.
Review and approve technical documentation, including development and scale-up reports, specifications, analytical methods, validations, and process documentation.
Provide technical support for quality events, deviations, and investigations.
Maintain an overview of project progress and proactively address potential risks or delays.
Track and report project-related expenditures.
Stay up to date with relevant regulations, best practices, and developments in the pharmaceutical manufacturing field.
Degree or PhD in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical development, validation, or R&D (veterinary or human medicines).
Strong technical and analytical skills, with proven experience managing complex projects in an industrial setting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with high attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Proficiency in English (C1 level) is essential. (Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage)
