ROLE SUMMARY:
El Colegio Británico is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Secondary English Teacher to teach students across Key Stage 3 and 4. This temporary role will involve delivering high‐quality lessons, supporting students' learning, and contributing to the school's vibrant academic environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver engaging and effective English lessons for secondary students.
Plan and prepare lessons in line with the school's curriculum and standards.
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
Support students' personal and academic development.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
Contribute to school life through extracurricular activities or events.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent) with experience in secondary education.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to school life.
