Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Billing Analyst responsible for overseeing billing processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The role involves analyzing billing data, resolving complex billing issues, and guiding junior staff. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, optimize revenue recognition, and support business objectives is essential.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee end-to-end billing processes, including invoice generation, distribution, and payment processing, to ensure timely and accurate billing cycles.
2. Monitor billing system operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
3. Analyze billing data, trends, and KPIs to assess accuracy, identify discrepancies, and report performance to management.
4. Prepare and distribute billing reports, dashboards, and metrics.
5. Serve as the primary contact for billing inquiries, disputes, and escalations.
6. Investigate discrepancies, resolve complex issues, and communicate resolutions.
7. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and implement system enhancements.
8. Collaborate with IT and finance teams on system upgrades and integrations.
9. Ensure compliance with billing regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
10. Stay informed on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.
11. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior staff.
12. Foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the team.
Candidate Qualifications
