Dive into various channels of your choice like job boards, social media, and networking to find and attract top-notch candidatesConduct interviews, assess qualifications, and determine the perfect fit for specific job rolesWork closely with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to make the recruitment processes run smoothly for our candidatesKeep a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and build lasting relationships with themCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers like a proKeep candidate profiles in our ATS well-described and updated for future referenceREQUIREMENTS :
Native or fluent in Russian(C2), with good command of English (at least B2)Previous experience recruiting & moving Russian speakers around Europe for employment opportunitiesStellar communication and people skillsAbility to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independentlyGreat time management, responsiveness and organizational abilitiesKnowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques is nice to haveFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a bonus.BENEFITS :
