✨ What You'll Do:
* Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
* Provide guidance on talent management, employee engagement, and performance development.
* Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
* Support organizational change and development initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to foster a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement.
* Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, labor law compliance, and employee relations.
* Contribute to employer branding efforts and internal communication strategies.
* Search the best IT talent.
✅ Requirements:
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
* Experience working in international environments.
* High level of English (C1 or above); Portuguese is a plus.
* Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
* IT Recruitment experience, especially in international contexts.
* Living in Spain with a valid work permit.
