Position Mission
To strengthen and lead BMS's commercial activity in order to maintain and expand the customer base in the automotive and motorcycle sectors, with a strong focus on strategic Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs. The role will drive the acquisition of new projects and ensure the profitability of existing business lines.
Key Responsibilites
· Manage and develop key accounts: daily contact with Tier 1 customers (Motherson, Antolin, Novares, etc.) and OEMs (Renault, Stellantis, Piaggio, Ducati, KTM).
· Identify new business opportunities within the current customer base and in new markets.
· Prepare and present technical-commercial offers in coordination with the technical and plant teams.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing and framework agreements (LTAs), defending target margins.
· Oversee the full project lifecycle: from RFQ to SOP and serial production follow-up.
· Represent BMS at trade shows and strategic meetings with customers and technology partners.
· Provide market and competitor insights to help define the medium-term commercial strategy.
· Collaborate with management to set annual sales targets and realistic forecasts.
Requirements
· Minimum 5–7 years of experience in commercial or Key Account Management roles within the automotive and/or motorcycle industry.
· Strongly preferred: experience with technical plastic parts such as blow molding or injection molding.
· Existing network of contacts among European Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs.
· Languages: fluent English is a must; French or Italian highly valued.
· Strong results orientation and excellent relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work independently and in an organized manner.
· Willingness to travel to customers and international trade shows (mainly in Europe).
