You will manage broker and reinsurer accounts, build effective relationships, and collaborate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to resolve queries. Strong analytical, relationship management, and communication skills are essential.You should have a keen interest in international insurance programs, including reinsurance, and a desire to develop your knowledge further.Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile debtor and creditor accounts, analyze differences, log queries, and monitor resolutions.Maintain effective relationships with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders such as Operations, Underwriting, and Claims.Achieve targets related to gross and reinsurance debt and unallocated cash.Handle information requests, respond, re-direct, and prioritize accordingly.Communicate with finance and other teams to ensure accuracy and resolve queries.Follow credit control processes and contribute to maintaining documentation.Work within your authority and seek approval when executing RSA policies.Issue and send monthly statements to brokers.Participate in projects and initiatives as needed.Understand legal requirements, RSA policies, and broker TOBAs.Accurately record and capture data.Skills and Experience:
