Seasonal Position in Greece
Making pizza in a resort kitchen in Greece is not just about toppings and ovens. It’s about consistency, timing and knowing your craft from start to finish.
Guests don’t see the preparation behind the scenes. They see the final product. The texture of the dough. The balance of ingredients. The quality in every slice. That quality starts with someone who knows exactly what they are doing.
This is a seasonal position in Greece for experienced pizza professionals. You relocate for the season — but without the usual relocation stress. Your accommodation is organised before arrival. Meals are included. Your contract and insurance are prepared. You live and work directly in the resort in Greece.
Your responsibility is clear: you manage the pizza station independently. You prepare dough from scratch, handle sauces and ingredients, stretch and top pizzas correctly and work confidently with professional ovens. You maintain hygiene standards and keep production running smoothly during busy service times.
This is not a casual kitchen job. It comes with structure, responsibility and expectations.
That said — you will spend your season in Greece, working in a professional resort environment while living in a setting very different from a typical city kitchen.
You will work 5–6 days per week. You will live on-site. You will represent the quality standards of the hotel’s pizza station.
If you are confident in your craft and ready to relocate for a structured seasonal role in Greece, this could be your opportunity.

Requirements
Previous hands-on experience as a pizza baker or pizzaiolo is essential. This is not a beginner role. You must understand the full process — from dough preparation to baking — and be able to work independently. English is required for communication within the international kitchen team.
Benefits
In return, you avoid rent and daily food expenses. Accommodation and meals are included. Your employment is legal and insured. Many professionals use the season to combine solid income with the experience of living and working in Greece.
