Position:
Planner/Project Controller
Location:
Madrid headquarters, with regular visits to site. The location may also be in Duiven, Netherlands, depending on project needs.
The incorporation of a Planner/Project Controller is required from October 2025.

Mission
Collaborate and provide support on projects carried out by the unit/department, following supervisor instructions and performing delegated tasks to meet project needs. Responsibilities include involvement in the design phase for museums and exhibitions, including drafting, design, and technical development.
Functions / Responsibilities
* Know the project scope and ensure key milestones are included in the programme.
* Develop the programme and associated reports in accordance with contract requirements.
* Calculate project progress and periodically update the programme as required.
* Understand the manufacturing programs of key suppliers and subcontractors.
* Report on project status to the Purchaser, Contract Manager and relevant discipline leads.
* Produce relevant reports as per contract requirements.
* Report on any project delays and carry out acceleration plans when necessary.
* Analyse the critical path, programme deviations and improvements.
* Conduct Earned Value Management.
* Monitor Subcontractor performance and progress against contract requirements.
* Report on earned value and forecast cost at completion as required by the Project Director.
* Identify risks and opportunities for the wider project within area of control.
* Manage the development and approval of all project programmes and plans and other commercial requirements.
* Monitor the financial performance of all elements of the programme and progress.
* Develop cost schedules to forecast estimated cost of completion.
* Work with Senior Managers to ensure commercial compliance of the project.
Requirements Academic Background
* Technical or Higher Engineering degree.
Languages and Required Level
* High level of Spanish.
* High level of English.
* Knowledge of Dutch will be an asset.
Additional Knowledge
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Planner/Project Controller in EPC transmission & distribution projects at an international level is required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera and MS Project is required;
other knowledge will bevalued.
* Ability to adapt to change and availability to reside in the Netherlands is required.
* Ability and experience in executing works with own resources will be valued.
