Role Description
We’re looking for a
Senior Salesforce Project Manager
to join our senior delivery team — someone who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments and takes a proactive, ownership-driven approach to delivery. This is a full-time remote role based in Spain, with ad-hoc travel across the UK & Europe depending on client needs.
You’ll lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery in an Agile environment, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams. This isn’t a role for someone who waits for direction — you’ll be expected to anticipate challenges, drive clarity, and keep momentum high across every stage of delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and lead Salesforce project delivery from discovery through to release and beyond
Run delivery using Agile methodologies, ensuring ceremonies are effective and outcomes-focused
Come prepared to all engagements with clear objectives, structure, and direction
Proactively manage risks, blockers, and dependencies — escalating early and driving resolution
Communicate progress, updates, and issues transparently to clients and internal teams
Balance delivery quality with commercial realities (scope, timelines, effort), making smart trade-offs where needed
Maintain strong client presence, building confidence and momentum through consistent, engaged interaction
Ensure adherence to delivery standards and processes, while continuously improving how we work
Align work to client outcomes and priorities, not just task completion

What We’re Looking For
Strong professional proficiency in English is mandatory
Strong experience in project management within a consultancy or client-facing environment
Proven track record delivering Salesforce (or similar CRM) implementations
Hands-on experience working in Agile delivery models
A proactive, ownership mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity for teams and clients
Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
Strong commercial awareness and decision-making ability
Comfortable working remotely with occasional client travel
