We are looking for a Senior Community Manager with solid experience in corporate communications, outstanding copywriting skills, and a profile clearly focused on data analysis, content strategy, and advanced social media management.

Key responsibilities
* Design, implement, and oversee the social media content strategy.
* Manage the brand’s day-to-day communication across social channels, ensuring consistency with its tone of voice and corporate positioning.
* Write content and adapt corporate messaging for digital and social environments, with particular sensitivity to brand reputation.
* Coordinate editorial calendars and publishing plans.
* Analyse metrics, extract insights, and propose ongoing data-led optimisations.
* Prepare performance reports and monitor KPIs.
* Identify trends, relevant conversations, and content opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams on the development of campaigns, narratives, and communication assets.
Candidate profile
* Advanced C1 level of English, ideally native or equivalent to an outstanding professional standard.
* Proven experience as a Senior Community Manager or in a similar role.
* Specialisation in, or strong experience of, corporate communications.
* Excellent analytical skills and strong command of social media performance metrics.
* Very strong copywriting and content ideation skills.
* Advanced knowledge of the social media landscape, with a deep understanding of platforms, dynamics, and formats.
* Strong editorial judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to work across different tones and audiences.
* Well-organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously.

Salary: €30.000 per year (gross)
